Each applicant should complete a rental application. To ensure a quick approval, please make sure all information is complete. A holding deposit cheque payable to Paramount Management for half one month’s rent is required to be sent to our office, for the application to be reviewed. There is no processing fee.

When applying for an apartment we require payment of a holding deposit equal to half of the monthly rent. There is no charge to process your application, and the deposit cheque will not be deposited until you have been approved. Once you are approved, all other applications are disregarded and this holding deposit is held until the lease is signed.
Please have the name and telephone number of your employer so we can call for a reference.

We will need to perform a credit check, which requires your complete mailing address and additional personal information. You can also request a copy for your records.
We offer our residents the convenience of paying monthly rent by Pre-Authorized Payment. To set up PAP, a void cheque is required.
Completed applications can take as little as 24-48 hours to process when received during business days.
